Electric Pump Systems

Electric Pump Systems

Our electrical systems can include the following components to allow complete automation of the system:

  • Leachate Well Levels – pressure transducers (ATEX Certified)
  • Tank Levels (liquid volume and flow control)

Line Pressure (to indicate potential blockages)

The systems can incorporate a fully automated reporting regime accessed via telemetry of via a Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen or a computer based SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) package. Reportable incidents can include:

Electrical Pumping Systems

  • Pumps running status for all pumps
  • Pump tripped status for all pumps
  • Remote panel watchdog signals (for cable integrity purposes)
  • Leachate Well pump running currents
  • Export pump flow rate
  • Export pump discharge pressure
  • Export pump running current
  • All system signals will be visible upon the main HMI screen with protected data logging of all analogue signals.

Our telemetry packages can include various hardware configurations to best suit your need such as dupline and MODBUS protocol which is impervious to signal ‘noise’ which can seriously affect performance on industrial systems where signal and power cables are combined. Systems can also operate in a star or ring configuration or any combination of this. This gives maximum flexibility and upgrade ability. Control panels can be mounted within secure ISO containers and can be designed to be intrinsically safe accordance with ATEX/DSEAR requirements if required.

We can supply & install a range of electric pumps for various applications & duties including:

  • Leachate
  • Contaminated surface water
  • Condensate
  • Groundwater
  • Sludge
  • Pumps & control systems for hazardous areas
